Disclaimer: I'm a professional (this is my full time job), so I really need to use this equipment, but is it not mandatory for your budget or own performance.
SONY A9III
My backup camera. I use it as primary video cam for all Youtube episodes. I shoot every live event with it, in every possible light conditions. And it works, everytime.
SONY 50mm f 1.4 gm
I use this lens on more than 70% of my frames. It is incredible sharp, fast and trustable on any type of photography. It is a must have.
SONY CFEXPRESS TYPE A
I have 4 of this, great write and read speed and also excellent backup for a entire year. I also have a Sony Card Reader.
DJI MINI 5 PRO
The only flying gear I use, mainly for photos and for some B-roll. Great footage quality, lightweight and fit.

Powerfull, silent, fast and great screen. I use it for large batch of big raw files in Lightroom and for 4K, 8K video edits in Final Cut X.

SONY 70-200 mm f 2.8 OSS II
I use it on every live event - concerts, sports, landscape, and for some portraits, too. It is the most versatile zoom I have.
OWC ATLAS PRO CFEXPRESS
Incredibly reliable and fast. It has an Type B adaptor, very useful to test on Type B Memory Cards Cameras.
DJI ACTION 5 PRO
Great for the incredible image stabilisation, versatility and all purpose use. Some POV and rarely for vlog style video.

My EDC/kicker light. Internal battery. Small form factor, USB C powered, RGB, full control smartphone app. It lives in my backpack.

Fast PD USB C charger I use for LED, Macbook, V Mount at the same time. I have in my travel backpack the version of 145W and about 15 USB C to USB C high power & high speed cables, too.

I used at least 5 different methods to carry my cameras, but this was the one. Locked on, precise, safe. I have 3 black on my backpack straps, 2 silver on pads on my belt when I photograph an event. The plate works with arca swiss compatible tripods, and that’s a big plus. I use travel bag and packing cubes from PD.

Lightweight tripod with fluid video head, suitable for travel, too. I use it every time I film a new Youtube Clip, for B-roll and A-roll.

I’m in ecosystem. Paired with an Apple Watch 8 and Airpods Pro 3rd gen. Love the simplicity and the USB C ports.

Digital sound, set it on auto, and it is done. No need for anything else when I want to capture ambiental sound, on events or run and gun interviews.

The filter I use the most, I love the cinematic cast and the ability to remove unwanted reflection from my pictures. Great Defender saps!

Best fit for a lot of gear. I use it when I carry 2 cameras and 4 lenses, accessories and some clothes. I have the 350 AWIII version, best for short jobs or street, travel, concert photography.

I have at least 10 pieces, different sizes and clamps, it is essential and a must have. I use it for lights, camera, action camera.

I use it for monitoring wireless my Sony cameras when filming, great for monitor on a SmallRig stand. Sometimes I play Clash Royale and a little bit of Netflix on the go.

My first choice for every client work. First used in my wedding kit, the 50MP sensor allows me to do commercial work, too. Fast, reliable, unforgettable.
SONY 35mm f 1.4 gm
This is my preffered lens in any conditions. Very good in low light, robust build. 35mm is definitory in my approach.
SAMYANG LK 24-60mm f 2.8
This lens surprised me in every way, fast AF, cinematic character. I use it when filming myself and for everyday or street photography.

My main audio source. Lightweight, great sound for my voice, 32 bit float, great battery life and portability.

My main light. Works on 220V/V Mount Battery. Powerful, consistent light quality, RGB, full control smartphone app. The best LED I’ve used until present day.

USB C powered, no errors, same battery life as OEM NP FZ100. Paired with the V Mount I only carry 3 of them in my backpack, all day long.

The best protected backpack I ever had. Rolltop compartment, very spacious and well made. I use it only when I go on mountains or filled with a lot of gear.

The most powerfull speedlight in my collection. 100w, great specs, excellent choice for outdoor. I don’t use it so much, due the weight, but I really love it.

Great companion for my everyday camera. Fast enough for daily 4k and raw photogrpahs, perfect fit to the SD slot of my Macbook. I have also a spare one.
